We offer the simple yet dynamic flame-grilled cuisine that is still unique in Japan. The incredibly high charcoal heat gives our food the flavorful brown crust. Our beautifully yet simply prepared domestic aged beef together with organic vegetables are enhanced with various essences from across the globe. A variety of seating arrangements are available – casual New York style bar, elegant restaurant space, and the inviting terrace seating – which caters to your every whim and occasion.

Executive ChefFumio Yonezawa

After graduating from high school, Fumio trained at an Italian restaurant in Ebisu for 4 years. Fumio then moved to New York to gain further experience. Fumio worked as the first Japanese Sous Chef at Jean-Georges New York, a 3-star restaurant. He then worked as an Executive Chef in various highly-acclaimed restaurants after returning to Japan. Fumio was appointed as Chef de Cuisine at Jean-Georges’ first restaurant in Japan. Summer of 2018, Fumio is opening the door for a greater challenge at THE BURN.

The building is directly connected to the Aoyama 1-Chome station (Tokyo Metro Ginza line or Hanzomon line, and Toei Oedo line).


Seating capacity: A combined capacity of 96 seats including 12 in the terrace, 12 at the bar counter and 68 in the restaurant area.
No smoking is allowed in the restaurant area. A designated smoking area is available inside the premise.
No high chair or booster seat is available.
