Grand opening of NAKAZA Cuidaore Building takes place in Dotonbori, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, using the Cuidaore Taro as motif,
with total direction of the entire building including its food court conducted by the company.
Opens NAKAZA 8 STREET, an entertainment food court, inside the NAKAZA Cuidaore Building.
Opens BAR BAR BAR, Horumon Teppanyaki Gyunta, and Glico Choux Takoyaki, a sweets shop created in collaboration with Glico, in NAKAZA 8 STREET, the entertainment food court.

The company participates in the planning and management of Muu Muu COFFEE, a coffee shop established in 1995 that serves 100% Hawaiian Kona coffee.

Simultaneously, opens Sunset Cafe, which serves watta juice, on the same floor.

​The company renovates IKOI (Kanda Ogawamachi, Chiyoda-ku) and reopens it as Muu Muu DINER, a cafe serving 100% Hawaiian Kona coffee.

The company conducts the total direction for Bow House Shibaura (Kaigan Minato-ku), a rental apartment designed under the concept of “a better life for dogs and their owners.” The company directly operates Dog Concierge & Community on the 1st floor of the building, a dog salon/hotel/cafe with a dog concierge service.

The company relocates Chicken on the Bone Akira Sangenjaya to Nakameguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo, and renovates and opens it as Yakitori Akira Nakameguro Main Restaurant.

Opens the Xinjishi Xiao Long Tang, a restaurant specializing in xiaolongbao, in the Dotonbori Gokuraku Shotengai shopping street. At the same time, the company establishes Xinjishi Canyin Guanli Gongsi Japan Ltd. (currently, Long Fu Canyin Guanli Gonsi Ltd.).
