HVEN is a place where people from all walks of life converge to reinvent culture using "food," "music," and "art". Comprising a restaurant, café, gallery, and music bar, HVEN offers distinct experiences day and night.
HVEN café & gallery offers unique dishes like the "Bouquet Wrap" and "Clam Pho," tailored for vegans and pescatarians. We regularly curate exhibitions with various artists. The terrace area houses "THE GOOD VIBES” relocated from Shibaura, known for its popular pastrami sandwiches.
At night, a hidden entrance leads you to the music area, where state of the art sound and lighting installations create an extraordinary and exciting atmosphere for the ultimate peak experience.
A New Community experience for creators
The theme “Delicious Food Good for Body and Environment” at TOKYO NODE CAFE adds new value to the ingredients. People can enjoy the dishes that were created to draw out the most of these ingredients to be thoroughly enjoyed.
Beef patties made from cows which were mostly used for birthing and not their meat, and burgers made from ecologically and socially sustainable fried Red Sea bream etc. is not only delicious, but is proactive in tackling environmental and social issues like food loss.
The interior, designed by Schema Architectural Plan, overflows with openness, modern vintage furniture arranged so that lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks among other scenarios can be enjoyed.
Immersive Art Near the Station
“Azabudai Hills Gallery Cafe” is a cafe and space designed to receive visitors to the exhibitions and pop ups to take a break after attending events and enjoying the attractions.
The cafe directly connected to Kamiyacho station has a drink stand that offers beverages for take out to the commuters passing through.

Desiring to spread the hidden attractions of Japan, from lands, to nature, with the purpose of utilizing of unused land and revitalising regional development “VIRDI” is perfect for introducing people to their ideal “special place”.
With the renewal of the office building “Koujimachi Ōdōri Building”, we have increased its value. Just outside the first floor, we have opened a kitchen car as the second branch for “THE GOOD VIBES”, well known for its homemade pastrami sandwiches, leasing the cafe inside the building.
We have also designed the reservation only meeting room space and a rooftop space that tenants can utilize and enjoy.

Connected directly to Aoyama itchōme station, AOYAMA FIRST AVENUE was produced in the restaurant area of Aoyama Building on the first floor. Known for their works of vintage mix, and their popular designs in hotels in New York like the “ACE HOTEL” or “VICEROY” etc., Roman & Williams carved out a modern vintage space where seven up and coming chefs show off their skills. Despite the simplicity of the dishes, the attention to detail offers dishes which can be enjoyed every day.
”EAT PLAY WORKS” is a new type of establishment fusing nutrition, wellness, and work culture, providing a unique and exclusive community geared towards aspiring business professionals.
The whole building was designed in a uniform concept.
Standing about a minute’s walk from Hiroo station, spanning the first floor to the sixth, the concept of “eat”, “play”, “work” was incorporated into the design of the architecture.
The first two floors are “THE RESTAURANT” where people can enjoy first class taste in a casual environment. It brings together branches of the 17 famous and difficult to reserve foreign and local restaurants.The 3rd and 4th floor is reserved only for members and their guests to use the member’s lounge. The last two floors have private offices reserved only for room members. Without borders between work and play, it is the ideal facility for those who enjoy living life to the fullest.

Developed Japan select shop "THE SHOP" by SALT AND WELCOME UK LTD. With the concept of "delivering Japanese manufacturing to the world," this shop is a collection of things that convey the "now" of Japan. From craftsmanship and design to innovation and technology, challenge your perceptions of Japan and discover something new.
The famous Oakley Court in the U.K. is where Akira Shimizu presents the “Akira Omakase” menu weekly as the hotel chef.
Okinawa Zenzai Shop
ENDLESS SUMMER 100% RYUKYU CULTURE
Born and raised in Okinawa, an Okinawa Zenzai Fujiya was established in Chiba.
“Fujiya Zenzai” uses frozen sweet bean broth to make the shaved ice. The red kidney beans slowly cooked in a pressure cooker add to the harmony you can enjoy in the perfect spoonful that can only be offered at Fujiya. The red kidney bean while it retains its shape and glisten, it also keeps its natural sweetness, melting in the mouth. And other delicacies like shaved ice with fresh fruits of course, as well as taco rice etc., the Fujiya Tomari Branch recipe is recreated.

Japan’s first ever membership glamping facility. Less than an hour's drive from Tokyo (Wakaba ward in Chiba City), “Tokyo Classic Forest Club” is nestled in a vast forest area where you can have a “sophisticated glamping” experience at “Tokyo Classic Camp”.

We opened the Japanese restaurant "AKIRA" on the 1st floor of JAPAN HOUSE London as a place to introduce Japanese food culture. Under the direction of Akira Shimizu, the chef of the London restaurant "ENGAWA" that Salt Group has been working on since 2015, we offer creative skewers, exciting charcoal dishes, and imaginative sushi and chargrilled kushiyaki skewers made from umami-rich wagyu beef, focusing on the traditional Japanese culture of roaring robata (charcoal grill) and sushi.
THE KOBE BEEF RESTAURANT
Located on the premises of Ham Yard Hotel in Soho, ENGAWA is a Japanese restaurant that serves original dishes featuring Kobe beef. It is the world’s first concept-based restaurant, which imports the cattle from Japan whole and offers various cuts in original dishes created by the chef.
We opened this Japanese restaurant in Oxfordshire at Soho Farmhouse, operated by Soho House, a members-only club. The restaurant adds elements of Korean and Chinese cuisine to Japanese dishes. The food is cooked in an open kitchen, which is partitioned into sections for a grill, a teppanyaki grill, and an oven. In winter, the restaurant offers an indoor ice skating rink with dining for 100 people. In summer, it opens its roof to offer tables for 200, including outdoor seating.
Enjoy a fabulous time with delicious free-range chicken. This restaurant serves select chicken, which is not skewered but grilled by you on a charcoal stove, in a room that is reminiscent of the riverside restaurants of Kyoto. Enjoy blissful moments along the Megurogawa River with dishes featuring carefully selected high-quality chicken and cooking methods.
Mizutaki Shimizu is located along the Megurogawa River. Designed to look like a traditional townhouse of Kyoto, this restaurant serves beautiful chicken boiled in stock, which contains a lot of collagen, in a space with the atmosphere of Kyoto. In the cherry blossom season, the lines of yaezakura cherry trees along the Megurogawa River are in full bloom. In the period when the blossoms fall, the surface of the river is colored in pink, allowing you to spend a romantic time.
The restaurant offers the comfort of biting chicken, the comfort of drinking, and the comfort of just being there. Savor chicken hot pots and teppanyaki grilled chicken. These dishes bring out the flavor of carefully selected chicken, such as Akita Kogen Hinai chicken from Akita Prefecture, one of the three major breeds of free-range chicken in Japan. The tasty chicken is renowned for producing beautiful skin and is also good for your health.

What makes Gyunta, an established restaurant, addictive? The answer is the dough that has been aged and agosuji (fibrous beef) used as an ingredient. Try the good taste of agosuji, which gets tastier the more you bite it.
An optimal taste that has been created in an uncompromising manner
This restaurant, which we have opened in Nagoya, exclusively serves oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl), which is highly popular as the last course of the meal served at Mizutaki Shimizu. Its taste has been optimized by taking advantage of the properties of Nagoya Cochin chicken, a local ingredient of Nagoya.
French chef, Toyama, is confident in his sauce. The collaboration between the techniques cultivated at famous Yoshoku restaurants in Kyoto, their sauces, and the special ingredients of Kumamoto where the chef was born and raised is exquisite. The taste is transmitted by facing the ingredients and taking time and effort. That's the modern style bistro Yoshoku that only the chef ,Toyama, can make.
Oden featuring chicken stock that makes you beautiful
The space was designed to be reminiscent of hashiri (sink) and daidoko (kitchen) on the earth floor of a traditional townhouse of Kyoto. Enjoy the oden in chicken stock which contains a lot of collagen. The stock is made mainly from select chicken bones and vegetables, which are simmered thoroughly.
We use carefully selected flour to make our special handmade Sanuki udon noodles, and adjust the preparation according to the daily temperature and humidity. We do not compromise at all, and we are serious about our noodles every day, so once the noodles prepared that day are sold out, we will be closed until the next day. Tasty, fast, reasonable(?) This is the way it should be.
The ingredients used are seasonal ingredients from Kyushu, centered on Kumamoto, where chef Toyama was born and raised. Chef Toyama who continues to pursue the taste that is transmitted only by taking time and effort by facing the ingredients thoroughly, will serve "Yoshoku for adults " with French cuisine added to the "Yoshoku" that Japan has evolved independently in a course style. Drinks are mainly from Kumamoto, and there is also a pairing course that matches local sake and wine from Kyushu. Please sample "adult luxury" with chef Toyama.

Middle Eastern restaurant specializing in vegetable dishes. Fumio Yonezawa, the author of the vegan recipe book, opened Salam, which specializes in vegetables, while grilling aged meat over charcoal at "The Burn" in Aoyama 1-chome. CUIMOTTE was the first large-scale renovation project of Nakanoshima Mitsui building, located on the 4th floor. It was opened as a cafeteria for employees (also open to the public). From breakfast to dinner, there are over 100 options available on the menu. Steaks that are grilled in full view, fresh sushi, an assortment of teas etc., there is a lineup that transcends the boundaries of your average restaurant.
”MY Shokudo Dining & Sakaba” located on the 3rd floor of Tokiwabashi Tower was opened as a common area for professionals. During the day, “Sakaba” or bar offers simple traditional Kyoto “home cooking” or “obanzai” for the workers. And in the evening, obanzai available to the public, is accompanied by carefully selected alcoholic beverages which can be casually enjoyed at a “sakaba”. This dining experience can be made to fit your preferred scenario.
As for “Dining”, it also provides the workers a cafeteria style lounge during the day, offering a base of a wide range of healthy and satisfying meal set options. A fulfilling menu with an extensive selection offering something different every day

We created menus in collaboration with the Exhibition of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, which were held during April 16 to June 19, 2016 at the Sky Gallery in the Tokyo City View, the observation deck of Roppongi Hills. They were served during the period of the exhibition.

We are offering a Doraemon themed menu for the duration of “THE Doraemon Exhibition TOKYO 2017” collaboration.
Featuring dishes like “Anywhere Door parfait” “Time Machine fruit tart”, and “Dora-taco rice” etc. fans and casual guests alike could not help but smile.
To commemorate the launching of the Basquiat exhibition “ Made in Japan”, for a limited time, a special menu will be offered, inspired by New York, the very birthplace and childhood home of Basquiat.
Created under the concept of farmers, this beer garden serves safe vegetables, showing the faces of their producers.
In 2016, a beer garden opened on the rooftop of Yokohama Takashimaya for the first time!
This beer garden also featured carefully selected meats including Mugi Fuji, a soft, delicious pork from Canada, a country rich in nature.
It was designed in the image of farming houses and markets of rural areas in Europe and the United States, so that it would give pleasure to both the minds and bodies of customers.

With the name La FESTA, we mean festivals, holidays, and parties.
This beer garden was opened on the rooftop of Lumine Est Shinjuku for the sixth consecutive year in 2016.
The space was designed under the theme of “La FESTA!! Festivals, holidays, and parties of the world.” Hearty barbecue packs featuring a rich variety of ingredients and original tropical drinks were included in the menus.

Japan’s first official Andy Warhol café opened!
An official café for experiencing the world of Andy Warhol, known as Mr. Pop Art, opened for a limited time in a first for Japan!
The space was carpeted with artificial lawn and was decorated with items created in the motif of well-known works of Andy Warhol, such as the Cow wallpaper and Flowers. This pop, open space allowed customers to feel the sensation of the world of Andy Warhol. We also prepared special menus that we created in the image of Andy Warhol’s works.

The “Volez, Voguez, Voyagez – Louis Vuitton Exhibition” was held in Tokyo during April 23 to June 19, 2016. A CAFÉ was opened at the venue of the exhibition for a limited time. salt consortium inc. designed and operated the café.
